Flannery's has been a staple in Cleveland as far
back as I can remember. They were the first bar in
the East 4th Street area. It's a must stop on St.
Patties Day. They have a wide variety of draft
beers and the food is excellent. Their Happy Hour
needs a few enchantments. We heard a rumor that they
are going to add a few food specials soon. Maybe
this site can influence them.
